Each block is one linked record: permit (type, valuation, dates) → contractor / architect / engineer (scraped from the LADBS permit-detail page; Beverly Hills does not publish these) → property (land + building assessed value, owner-occupied flag — LA County Assessor, joined by APN) → owner name / email / phone (Tracerfy).
