Project 2: Large Residential Permits → Contractor → Home → Owner

TL;DR — one tab per zip; inside, one block per building permit on a single-family home (LADBS for City of LA; Beverly Hills city permits from its Monthly Issued Permits reports). Each block is one linked record: permit (type, valuation, dates) → contractor / architect / engineer (scraped from the LADBS permit-detail page; Beverly Hills does not publish these) → property (land + building assessed value, owner-occupied flag — LA County Assessor, joined by APN) → owner name / email / phone (Tracerfy). Greyed blocks = LLC/trust or not owner-occupied → excluded from outreach. Use the filters to change the dollar threshold and lookback. Unsure what a term means? Open the glossary drawer.

Filters: LADBS building permits, sub-type "1 or 2 Family Dwelling", zips 90210, 90077, 90049, 90046, 90272, issued within the lookback (permit issue date), declared valuation ≥ threshold. Data pulled for $1M+ / 180 days so the page can be narrowed or widened without a rebuild. Property values are assessed (Prop 13), not market.
